Biothane ® is a strap coated with very high quality TPU, made in the United States. The word Biothane ® is often used to designate the material, but this name is, in fact, the American brand of this product. Biothane ® has a matte appearance and excellent flexibility, even in cold weather (unlike a basic TPU strap which is stiffer and less resistant).

Biothane ® is more expensive than a simple PVC-covered strap because it is more resistant and durable. The breaking load of Biothane ® for a width of 25mm is 450kgs compared to 250kgs for PVC and Biothane ® does not discolor over time.

All you need is a damp cloth or soft sponge with or without soap to quickly clean our products. A quick wipe with a cloth and that's it!

Yes, Biothane ® is waterproof and easy to clean. Zinc metal buckles are stainless. We still recommend rinsing our products after swimming in salt water.

To choose, take a tape measure and measure your dog's neck circumference; you should be able to fit two fingers between the tape measure and the neck. Then you can choose the size of your necklace by looking on each product sheet where you will find a size guide.

All our products are made by hand in our workshop in Normandy.

Shipments are processed within 2 to 5 days for the manufacturing time, because the accessories are made in our workshop to order.

The delivery times indicated are the times communicated by our carriers. Under no circumstances can Splash By Happy be held liable in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines:

• Home delivery (tracked letter or Colissimo): 2 to 3 working days*.
• Delivery to Mondial Relay Relay Point: 5 to 6 working days*.

The return costs are your responsibility if your package returns to us, following:
- an address error or a package not collected within the allotted time frame.

*Outside the European Union and for the French Overseas Territories, taxes and customs duties may apply and are your responsibility upon delivery. Your order total does not include these taxes & customs duties. You can find out the amount to be paid at your local post office.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to request the return or refund of your items if they do not suit you. To make your return or refund request, go to our contact form and we will process your request.

Return costs are your responsibility (except in the event of an error on our part). Once received, the refund or exchange period is 15 days maximum (this period may vary depending on the delivery conditions of the chosen carrier). The general condition of the item is checked. If the returned item is compliant and still has its label, we will either exchange or refund. As part of an exchange, a new order is prepared and shipped within the following days. Please note that the parts used, damaged or deteriorated cannot be refunded. Custom-made or personalized accessories are not refundable or exchangeable.

After shipping your package, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, using which you can follow its delivery.

New colors will be available each season so that your little one can follow the current trend!
